Raviolis and Culinary Ed

Kitchens For Good’s Chef Amanda brought her pasta roller and her students (current and former) to her lesson. They, along with the youth at YAC incredulously made fresh pasta dough, then rolled it, filled it, shaped it, and cut it into butternut squash raviolis. A quick plunge in boiling water, then fried golden in a butter bath with some fresh sage. All who wanted to try joined Chef “Manda” at the table, and learned all about the culinary program she helms and welcomes all!
