We held our second intro class for the African-American mentorship group of foster youth at the magnificent property that is Olivewood Gardens and Learning Center. The kitchen is located in a historic Victorian house, and we were fortunate to use produce picked for us fresh from their gardens. We welcomed close to 20 youth plus their mentors for a very hands-on cooking experience with renowned local chef Jocelyn Egleton. Chef Jos made the bold choice of serving fish, and it was loved by all! A great experience and fun was had by all who attended.
